Memorandum of cooperation signed between EASA and ECHA

geral

EASA and the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) concluded on 13 December 2017 a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) between the two Agencies to provide a framework for their cooperation. Until now the cooperation was on an informal basis. It allows setting up working arrangements, exchange of information including confidentiality arrangements and foresees mutual consultation in areas of common interest. This MoC emphasizes the importance of good cooperation that both ECHA and EASA see in order to promote aviation safety and citizen’s health.
